Costa Rica Buyer's Agent, S.A. is a registed Costa Rican real estate corporation, dedicated to represent only buyers to purchase a home, condominium apartment or investment property in Costa Rica.

We have a cooperating relationship with the most knowledgeable english-speaking real estate professionals in Costa Rica to support our buyer members as they search properties.  These professionals, many of whom were born and educated in the USA, have been practicing real estate for years in Costa Rica, and have been hand picked to support you. They are not employees of our office, but support our clients in a cooperative arrangement to provide buyers with expert local knowledge of available real estate. Although we follow Costa Rican law, we go beyond to subscribe to the same Code of Conduct, ethical standards, professionalism, market knowledge, attention to detail and timeliness you would expect from a Realtor in a USA real estate transaction. We subscribe to the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors of the USA, and we are a member.

*   an engineer inspect the property for it's structural integrity, mold, utilities,
     termites, and stablity of soil for landslides in hillside locations.
